Designed specifically for 6in lifted Jeep Wrangler and featuring the valving, tube wall thicknesses, lengths, bump stops, and tuning of award-winning off-road shocks, the 9550s offer the ideal in-between on and off-road performance. Additionally, proprietary inhouse velocity valves are tuned to react coordinated with suspension systems for authentic off-road ride characteristics while maintaining responsive on-road comfort. Valved and tuned exclusively for lifted Wranglers, each set features 3 adjustable rebound adjusters designed to work optimally under extreme conditions and rigorous trail use.

The triple-chrome rod ensures trouble-free operation and seals the top of the shock to keep all internal fluids sealed and contained for extended lifetime performance. An oil block replaces the seal in the center of the shock, isolating oil from the gas and housing to help keep all internal fluids sealed and contained for extended lifetime performance. A center tube mount provides additional support on both front struts, with a travel limiter providing automatic suspension adjustments at full compression. Triple-chrome pistons are honed for the finest piston rings possible for enhanced oil control and leak protection. Double-welded shock eyelets reinforce and support the shock body against repeated stress from constant suspension cycling. Premium-quality rubber bushings help to refine ride quality, Jeep specific mounting ends are vulcanized to the bushing to provide a hassle-free installation.
