The Synergy Manufacturing Dual Durometer Bushing is a robust, maintenance free grease-less design built to be self-centering with 30° of misalignment.
The outer “soft” durometer acts as bushing cushion and flex material, while the inner “hard” durometer lining will act as a bearing surface. This allows for a free floating inner sleeve to rotate. This creates a maintenance free, zero bind bushing.
Additionally, the internal bushing ring separates the inner and outer materials to prevent the inner sleeve from gaping at extreme flexing circumstances.
This is a direct replacement that is available for OEM Clevite style lower control arm bushings, and these are available for all suspension components made by Synergy MFG, along with other companies.
These bushings will be sold complete with the inner sleeves installed.
